摘要
无刷直流电机逆变器在控制IGBT的开关过程中会产生大量的电流噪声,合理地使用去耦电容在电磁兼容防止电流噪声干扰中具有重要作用。对去耦电容的作用、容量、原理及其应用做了简要的分析,提出了一种有效抑制电流噪声干扰的去耦电容设计方法。
During the switching process of controlling 1GBT, the brushless direct current motor will produce a large amount of current noise. The reasonable use of decoupling capacitor plays an important role in preventing current noise interference from electromagnetic compatibility. This paper briefly analyzes the role, the volume, the principle, and the application of decoupling capacitor, and proposes a design method for decoupling capacitor to suppress the interference of current noise effectively.
