螺杆式冷水机组加卸载研究

Study on Loading and Unloading of Screw Chiller

介绍了螺杆式冷水机组加卸载的原理及通用方法,结合常规加卸载方法的弊端,提出了分段无级加卸载的思路。该研究降低了冷水机组批产时对压缩机个体一致性的要求,对提升冷水机组的运行稳定性有指导作用。

This paper introduces the principle and general method of screw chiller＇ s loading and unloading. Based on the disadvantages of the conventional methods of loading and unloading, the idea of subsection and non-pole loading and unloading is put forward. This study reduces the requirement of individual consistency of the compressor during batch production. It has the function to improve the running stability of the water chiller.
