全面从严治党背景下对“四铁”干部理论内涵的思考

The Theoretical Thinking on “Four Iron” Cadres under the Background of Comprehensively and Strictly Governing the Party

习近平总书记在全国党校工作会议上指出,要培养造就一支具有铁一般信仰、铁一般信念、铁一般纪律、铁一般担当的干部队伍。这是对党的干部队伍建设的殷切希望。"四铁"内容相互关联,互为依托。坚定铁一般的信仰是"四铁"干部的思想根本、坚定铁一般的信念是"四铁"干部的政治方向、坚定铁一般的纪律是"四铁"干部的行为准则、坚定铁一般的担当是"四铁"干部的实践责任。思想根本、政治方向、行为准则与实践责任是从严治党背景下造就"四铁"干部应有的理论内涵。

In national working conference of the Party school,Xi Jinping pointed out that we need to cultivate and create cadres as strong as iron in their belief,faith,discipline and sense of responsibility,which is an eager expectation on the Party＇s cadres construction. ＂Four Iron＂ contents are mutually related and depend on each other.Firming belief which is as strong as iron is ＂four iron＂ cadres＇ thinking principle.Firming faith which is as strong as iron is ＂four iron＂ cadres＇ political orientation.Firming discipline which is as strong as iron is ＂four iron＂ cadres＇ criteria of behavior.Firming sense of responsibility which is as strong as iron is ＂four iron＂ cadres＇ practical responsibility.Thinking principle,political orientation,criteria of behavior and practical responsibility are theoretical connotation that should have in creating ＂four iron＂ cadres under the background of strictly governing the Party.
