实现全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,关键在于培养和造就一支具有铁一般信仰、铁一般信念、铁一般纪律、铁一般担当的干部队伍。在培养和造就"四铁"干部的实践中,加强对马克思主义理论的学习是打造铁一般信仰的实践基础,增强看齐意识是打造铁一般信念的实践导向,遵守政治规矩是打造铁一般纪律的实践保障,践行群众路线是实现铁一般担当的实践方法。

In order to realize the struggle objective of comprehensively building a well-off society,and in order to realize the Chinese dream of Chinese nation＇s great rejuvenation,the key is to cultivate and create cadres to be as strong as iron in their belief,faith,discipline and sense of responsibility.In practice of cultivating and creating ＂four iron＂ cadres,strengthening the learning of Marxism theory is the premise of forging belief which is as strong as iron,firming the political ideal is the root of forging belief which is as strong as iron,following political discipline and rules is the guarantee of forging faith which is as strong as iron,and practicing mass line is the practical orientation of realizing sense of responsibility which is as strong as iron.
