信息化环境下政府网络舆情管理现状与对策

The Status Quo and Countermeasures of the Government Network Public Opinion Management under the Informatization Environment

在互联网迅猛发展的今天,网络环境的净化和健康发展有赖于公众和政府双方的共同努力。因此,应借鉴国外网络舆情管理经验,分析我国政府在网络舆情监管中存在的问题及原因,并在实施网络实名制度、加强创建文明网络环境的宣传教育、提升政府舆情管理部门工作人员素质、强化对网络舆情的引导、实现对网络舆情的科学化管理、鼓励公众参与网络监管等方面加强网络舆情管理,以期有助于网络社会的健康发展。

Nowadays,the Internet develops fiercely,and the purification and healthy development of the network environment depend on common efforts of the public and government.Therefore,we should use overseas network public opinion management experience for reference to analyze the problems and reasons in the network public opinion supervision of our country＇s government. Moreover,in the aspects of carrying out the network＇s real-name registration system,strengthening the network＇s civilization propaganda education,promoting the staff quality of the government public opinion management department,intensifying the guide of the network public opinion,realizing the scientific management of the network public opinion,and encouraging the public to participate in the network supervision,we strengthen the network public opinion management,which is helpful to a healthy development of the network society.
