呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌体外药敏试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌体外药敏试验结果。方法分离481株铜绿假单胞菌,以琼脂稀释法进行体外药敏试验,根据最小抑菌浓度(MIC)判断铜绿假单胞菌及亚胺培南不敏感菌株的敏感性、耐药性及中介率。结果呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南耐药性最低(12.06%),对美罗培南的耐药性次之(13.93%),对复方新诺明耐药性最高(99.79%)。96株亚胺培南不敏感菌株对阿米卡星耐药性最低(16.67%),对复方新诺明耐药性最高(98.96%)。结论针对我院铜绿假单胞菌耐药性现状,建议以亚胺培南、环丙沙星等抗菌药物进行经验性治疗,在此基础上联用阿米卡星有望取得较好的疗效。 Objective To analyze the drug sensitivity of respiratory Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Drug sensitivity test of 481 isolated strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was performed with agar dilution method in vitro. The susceptibility, drug resistance and intermediary rate of strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and those insensitive to imipenem were determined according to the minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC).Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa in respiratory had the lowest resistance rate to amikacin( 12. 06%),followed by imipenem with 13. 93% resistance and had the highest resistance to sulfamethoxazole / trimethoprim( SMZ/TMP) which was 99. 79%. 96 strains insensitive to imipenem had the lowest resistance to amikacin( 16. 67%),but to SMZ / TMP they had highest resistance rate of 98. 96%. Conclusion According to drug resistance status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria in our hospital,the empirical treatment with imipenem,ciprofloxacin and other antimicrobial agents was recommended,and based on this,the combined use of amikacin is expected to achieve better control effect.
