摘要 通过实例分析了基于声发射实时监测技术设置2个实时监测断面,结合巷道掘进过程中锚杆支护及松动圈发育范围,通过在一定深度的钻孔中安装声发射传感器来实现巷道噪音滤除和原始煤岩声发射信号的采集,设定一定的初始参考临界值,并对声发射的大、小事件数进行统计分析,结合常规测试钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K_1值和钻屑量S值进行对比分析,进一步验证声发射技术用于防突实时预测的可行性,并根据监测预警提前采取相应的防突措施,实现了矿井的安全生产。 Some examples suggested that based on acoustic emission monitoring technology two monitoring cross-sections were set up. Considering bolts support and loose circle development during tunnel driving, installing acoustic emission sensor in boreholes at certain depth could realize noise filtering in roadways and collection of original acoustic emission signal of coal and rock. Setting certain initial reference values and analyzing statistically the number of acoustic emission, associated with comparison of drilling cuttings gas desorption index K1 and the amount of drilling cuttings S, further validated feasibility of applying acoustic emission technology into outburst prevention and prediction and achieved safety production of mines on the basis of corre-sponding outburst prevention action.
