摘要
随着煤炭行业由利润时代进入亏损时代,为之提供产品和服务的煤机企业也进入了亏损时代。煤机企业财务人员薪资水平的下降和离职率的提高,给煤机企业的财务人员管理带来了较大挑战,迫切需要煤机企业改变财务人员管理手段落后、没有针对性等问题。结合煤机企业财务人员特点和工作特点,提出加强对财务人员的培训和教育,创建学习型组织,对财务人员进行分类细化管理等管理对策。
Because of coal industry is from positive profit time to negative profit time, coal machinery enterprises which providing products support and services also entered negative profit time. Salary declining and demission rate increasing of financial staffs brought great challenges for personnel management in coal machinery enterprises, which urgent require changing out-dated management styles, lack of pertinences and other problems. The author combined personal and work characteristics of financial staffs in coal machinery enterprises, provided management countermeasures, such as strengthening training and education of the financial staffs, building learning organization, classifying and detailed management the financial staffs and so on.
