摘要
教师工作属于高情绪劳动职业,教师情绪劳动关乎学生发展、影响教师自身、作用教育教学活动,在对教师情绪劳动内涵进行分析的过程中得知,教师工作存在情绪劳动合理化与情绪劳动失调两种状态。其中,情绪劳动失调对学生、教师等都会产生消极影响,因此,本文希望通过探寻教师情绪劳动失调窘境的原因,实现对教师情绪劳动的合理化调控。
Teachers belong to the occupation in need of high emotional labor, teachers' emotional labor is closely related to students' development, the growth of teachers and daily teaching activities, when we are exploring the emotionallabor of teachers, we find that there are two states of teachers' emotional labor: reasonable emotional labor and disordered emotional labor. The disorder states of emotional labor has a negative effect on students and teachers themselves, so we hope that we can find the reasons why teachers have the disorder states of emotional laborin order to guarantee the rational control of teachers' emotional labor.
