临床护理路径对介入治疗肝癌患者护理行为及护理质量的影响

Influences of nursing behaviors and nursing quality of clinical nursing path in liver cancer patients accepting interventional treatment

目的探讨临床护理路径对介入治疗肝癌患者护理行为及护理质量的影响。方法选取2012年2月至2015年2月间四川省甘孜州人民医院收治的120例接受介入治疗的肝癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者实施临床护理,对照组患者实施常规护理。对两组患者的生活质量、不良反应、护理满意度、住院时间等进行比较。结果观察组患者的生活质量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为8.3%和31.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的护理满意度分别为98.3%和83.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌患者介入治疗的过程中,实施临床护理路径,可以显著提高患者的护理质量,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者的生活质量以及临床护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influences of nursing behaviors and nursing quality of clinical nursing path in liver cancer patients accepting interventional treatment. Methods From February 2012 to February 2015 in Ganzi People＇s Hospital, 120 liver cancer patients of interventional therapy were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group accepted implemented clinical nursing path and those in the control group accepted routine nursing. The survival quality, adverse reaction, nursing satisfaction, length of hospital stay index were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group were 8. 3% , 31.7% , with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 98.3%, 83.3%, with significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in length of hospital stay between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions In liver cancer patients with interventional treatment, clinical nursing path can significantly improve the quality of patient care, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the patient＇s quality of life, as well as the clinical nursing satisfaction. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
