摘要
目的探讨个性化心理护理对股骨近端骨肿瘤患者髋关节置换术后情绪及疗效的影响。方法选取2000年1月至2014年12月间陕西省人民医院收治的80例股骨近端骨肿瘤患者,均接受髋关节置换术治疗,根据随机数字法分为观察组(个性化心理护理)和对照组(常规心理护理),每组40例。根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和Lysholm评分标准,比较护理前后两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、临床疗效和满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者护理后SAS和SDS评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者术后关节功能恢复优良率明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者对护理服务满意度明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化心理护理能够有效调节股骨近端骨肿瘤患者髋关节置换术后负面情绪,提高手术疗效及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized psychological nursing on postoperative emotions and efficacy for hip arthroplasty patients with proximal femur tumor. Methods From January 2000 to December 2014 in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital, 80 patients with proximal femur tumor received the treatment of hip arthroplasty were randomized into the observation group ( individualized psychological nursing) and the control group (routine psychological nursing) according to the random number method, 40 patients per group. According to the self-anxiety scale (SAS), self-depression scale (SDS) and Lysholm score standard, the changes of SAS and SDS on pre- and post-nursing, the clinical efficacy and satisfaction degree in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS on post-nursing were significantly decreased in the observation group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; compared with the control group, the excellent rate of postoperative recovery of joint function was obviously increased in the observation group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; compared with the control group, the patients' satisfaction degree was significantly improved in the observation group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The individualized psychological nursing can effectively adjust the postoperative negative emotions for hip arthroplasty patients with proximal femur tumor, and improve the clinical efficacy of treatment and patients' satisfaction degree.
