综合护理干预对胫骨远端恶性肿瘤保肢手术患者围手术期的应用效果

Efficacy of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of distal tibia malignant tumor limb-salvage surgery

目的探讨分析综合护理干预路径在胫骨远端恶性肿瘤保肢手术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2013年2月至2015年2月间四川省自贡市第三人民医院收治的64例胫骨远端恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组患者给予围手术期综合护理干预,对照组患者给予临床常规护理模式。比较两组患者预后情况及临床护理满意度。结果观察组患者临床护理满意度为96.9%,对照组为71.9%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经术后半年随访,观察组患者术后并发症和死亡率分别为6.3%和3.1%,对照组则分别为25.2%和12.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于胫骨远端恶性肿瘤保肢手术治疗患者,定向给予围手术期综合护理干预,可有效降低患者术后并发症率及死亡率,提升患者临床护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of distal tibia malignant tumor limb-salvage surgery. Methods From February 2013 to February 2013 in The Third People＇s Hospital of Zigong, 64 patients with tibial distal malignant tumor were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group accepted comprehensive perioperative nursing model and those in the control group patients accepted routine clinical nursing mode. The prognosis and clinical nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96. 9% , significantly higher 71.9% than that of the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0. 05）. And after 6 months follow-up, postoperative complication rate and mortality rate of the observation group were 6. 3% , 3.1% , and those in the control group were 25.2% , 12. 5% , with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions For patients with tibial distal limb salvage surgery, comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention can effectively decrease the postoperative complication rate and mortality, and improve clinical nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
