摘要
分析了现代高速柴油机的技术特点和性能指标,总结了其对燃油系统的技术需求,针对共轨系统三大总成泵、轨和喷油器的关键技术指标,如喷油压力、容积效率、压力波动和喷油速率等,结合性能仿真计算和试验验证分析,提出了高速柴油机用共轨系统的设计思路和技术方案。
In this paper,the technical characteristics and performance index of the high speed diesel engine is analyzed,the technical requirements for fuel supply system,including the high pressure pump,rail and injector,is summarized. Based on the three main assembly key technical index,such as the rail pressure,volume-efficiency,pressure fluctuation and injection rate,the design concept and technical proposal is proposed,combining with the performance simulative calculation and the experimental validation and analysis.
