摘要
高速公路改扩建工程工艺复杂,限制性条件多,其施工定额水平受多方面因素影响。基于此,构建定额水平影响因素指标体系,运用IAHP确定因素权重,并结合模糊评判方法,对其施工定额水平进行综合评判;并以广清高速公路改扩建项目为例,分析该方法在高速公路改扩建工程的施工定额水平评价中的应用,为高速公路改扩建工程施工定额的修订提供参考。
The technology of highway reconstruction is complex with lots of restrictive conditions,its construction quota level is affected by various factors. This paper builds index system of influencing factors in highway reconstruction project,determines the factor weights with IAHP method,and carries out the comprehensive evaluation towards construction quota level by combining with fuzzy evaluation method. Taking Guangqin highway reconstruction project as an example,systematically analyzes the application approach of above method in construction quota level evaluation in highway reconstruction project,provides reference for norm revision of construction quota level evaluation in highway reconstruction project.
