摘要
采用W/O/W乳液法制备了多孔聚合物微球(聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)(PSDS),通过扫描电子镜、激光粒度仪、孔径及比表面积分析仪等对微球进行了表征,研究了乳化剂类型、分散剂用量及搅拌速率等对PSDS微球形貌、粒径等性能的影响。结果表明:不同种类乳化剂(Span-80、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、OP-10)均能得到聚合物微球,以Tween-80为乳化剂,形成的PSDS不规则,以Span-80为乳化剂,PSDS的粒径分布较窄;分散剂用量增加,PSDS微球粒径变小,粒径分布变窄;搅拌速率越快,PSDS微球的粒径越小,粒径分布越窄;典型PSDS的比表面积为175.3m^2/g,孔容为0.35cm^3/g,平均孔径为0.86 nm。
The multiporous poly(styrene-divinyl benzene) microspheres(PSDS) were synthesized by water-in-oil-in-water(W/O/W) emulsion polymerization and characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM), laser particle size analyzer(LPSA), nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis.The effects of emulsifier type, the contents of dispersant and the stirring speed on the morphology and particle size of the polymer microspheres were investigated. The result demonstrated that PSDS microspheres were prepared successfully when using Span-80, hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide, or OP-10 as the emulsifiers, while irregular polymer block was formed when Tween-80 was used. The particle size distribution of the PSDS prepared with Span-80 was narrower than with others. With the increase of the dispersant contents, the particle size became small and the particle size distribution became narrow. The faster the stirring speed was, the smaller the particle size and the narrower the particle size distribution were.The specific surface area, pore volume and pore size of the PSDS were 175.3 m^2/g,0.35 cm^3/g,and 0.86 nm,respectively.
