摘要
以马铃薯渣为原料、水作溶剂制备了羧甲基马铃薯渣,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,以过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系作为引发剂,与丙烯酸(盐)在较低温下接枝聚合应合成了高吸水树脂。探究了单体用量、丙烯酸中和度、交联剂用量、氧化还原引发剂用量、总水量对高吸水树脂吸水量的影响;本文还对树脂的吸液能力进行了测定。
In this paper, the super absorbent polymers(SAP) were synthesized in low temperature by free-radical graft polymerization(or free-radical graft copolymerization) of acrylic acid, crosslinking agent N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide bisacrylamide and redox initiator potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite onto carboxymethyl potato pulp.The effects of maternal and mnomer ratio,the neutralization degree of AA,the weight of crosslinking agent,the initiator dosage and the total water were discussed. The absorption capacity of the SAP was measured.
