摘要
通过盆栽和大田试验,研究吡虫啉、毒死蜱、丁硫克百威和氟虫腈4种药剂拌种对油菜苗期生长及油菜主要害虫虫口密度的影响。结果表明:药剂拌种对油菜出苗时间、出苗率无显著影响,毒死蜱和丁硫克百威对根长有显著的促进生长作用,除氟虫腈外其他3个药剂处理可显著促进苗高生长。在幼苗期,吡虫啉和毒死蜱拌种可显著降低黄宽条跳甲虫口密度,且与其他药剂及对照相比较差异显著;在生长期4种药剂处理都可降低萝卜蚜的虫口密度,与对照相比都有显著差异,其中吡虫啉拌种对萝卜蚜虫口密度影响最大;而对小菜蛾虫口密度的影响则以吡虫啉最大,毒死蜱影响最小。
In this paper, four insecticides (imidacloprid, chorpyrifos, carbosulfan and fipronil ) were used to dress the seed of spring rape. Effect of these insecticides on main insect pests and growth of rape in seedling stage were investigated. The results showed that there was no significant effect on the time and rate of seedling emergence through seedling dressing. Root length of rape was promoted significantly by chorpyrifos and carbosulfan. The other three insecticides had a significant influence on seedling height except fipronil. On the other hand, density of Phyllotreta humilis Weise was reduced by seed dressing of imidacloprid and ehlorpyri- los, and there was a significant difference in population density compared with earbosulfan, fipronil and control. In growing period, the density of Lipaphis erysimi was reduced significantly through treated by 4 insecticides compared with control, and the effeet of imi- dacloprid was the greatest among these 4 insecticides. The effect of imidacloprid on density of Plutella xylosteUa was the most, and that of chlorpyrifos was the smallest.
