摘要
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测市售番茄和圣女果果实中番茄红素的含量。色谱条件为:Inertsil ODS-SP色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈和乙酸乙酯进行梯度洗脱,乙酸乙酯在15min内由0%上升到100%,保持100%乙酸乙酯运行到25min;紫外检测器,检测波长为475nm;色谱柱温度25℃;流速0.8m L/min;进样体积10μL。检测结果显示,番茄果实中番茄红素的含量为697.5μg/g,圣女果果实中番茄红素的含量为811μg/g。
This experiment adopts high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to detect the content of lycopene in to-mato and cherry tomato. The specific conditions of HPLC are: the Shim- pack VP -ODS (150mm×4.6mm, 5microns); ultravio-let absorption detector, with acetonitrile and ethyl acetate as mobile phase; the ethyl acetate in 15 minutes from 0% to 100%, 100% ethyl acetate to 25th minute, and detection wavelength of 475nm, chromatographic column temperature of 25℃, the flow velocity of O. 8mL/min, sample volume for 10μL. With this method, the content of lycopene in tomato is 697.5μg/g and cherry tomato is 811μg/g.
