比较3种检测系统对HBsAg的分析灵敏度及应用 被引量:2

Comparison of sensitivity and application by 3 testing systems in hepatitis B surface antigen analysis

摘要 目的通过对Dia Sorin化学发光仪、Auto DELFIA时间分辨荧光仪、Tecan全自动酶免仪3种检测系统分析HBs Ag灵敏度的比较,科学合理地使用不同的检测系统。方法对不同浓度的HBs Ag校准品用3种检测系统进行检测,测定结果与理论值作回归分析;再应用3种检测系统对40例弱阳性标本进行检测,观察各系统的检出率。结果根据校准品回归分析,计算得出3种检测系统的灵敏度依次为Dia Sorin>Auto DELFIA>Tecan;40例弱阳性标本检测结果:在0.5 U/ml以下浓度,检测灵敏度Dia Sorin>Auto DELFIA;在0.5 U/ml以上,Auto DELFIA和Dia Sorin阳性检出率相当,而ELISA与另外2种系统在弱阳性结果的区域还不具备可比性。结论根据3种检测系统检测HBs Ag所具备的不同分析灵敏度的特性,正确合理使用3种检测系统以期达到检验效率的最大化。 Objective This study was conducted to rationally use different test systems via comparing the analysis sensitivity with 3 gauging systems( Dia Sorin luminescence device,auto DELFIA time resolved fluorescence spectrometer and Tecan automatic enzyme immunoassay instrument). Methods The 3 test systems were utilized to detect calibration samples with different concentrations,and the regression analysis was manipulated between test and theoretical results. 40 weak positive HBs Ag specimens were tested,and the detection rate of each test system was observed and documented. Results Based on the retrospective analysis of calibration test,the testing sensitivity of the 3 systems varied from the highest to the lowest as Dia Sorin Auto DELFIA 〉Tecan. In the test of 40 week positive samples,the sensitivity of Dia Sorin system was higher than that of Auto DELFIA when the HBs Ag concentration was under 0. 5 U / ml; by the contrast,when the concentration was above 0. 5 U / ml,the positive detection rates of the 2 systems were equivalent. The ELISA and the other 2 systems in the region of weak positive results were not comparable. Conclusion According to the characteristics of the different analytical sensitivity with the 3 detection systems in the detection of HBs Ag,the 3 detection systems should be rationally used to achieve the maximum efficiency.
