全州县2011年-2015年艾滋病检测结果分析

Analysis of human immunodeficiency virus detection results during 2011-2015 in Quanzhou

目的了解全州县各类人群艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染状况,为今后进一步有效防治艾滋病提供科学依据。方法对2011年-2015年全州县艾滋病检测结果及艾滋病感染者个案调查资料等信息进行统计分析。结果 2011年-2015年检测血清样品539 615份,检出抗-HIV阳性510例,阳性率为0.09%,呈逐年下降趋势;感染者男、女比例为2.98∶1;年龄分布以青壮年为主,20岁~59岁占65.88%;职业以农民为主,占82.16%;文化程度以初中及以下学历为主,占89.80%;不同类别人群中以自愿咨询检测阳性者最多,占39.80%;传播途径以异性传播为主,占97.06%。结论通过异性接触是本县艾滋病传播的主要方式,因此除了加大对特殊人群的监测力度外,还应开展以健康教育为主的行为干预,才能有效切断传播途径,遏制艾滋病的流行和蔓延。

Objective To investigate the infection status of human immunodeficiency virus（ HIV） among different populations in Quanzhou,so as to provide scientific basis for the further prevention and control of it. Methods The information for HIV detection results and surveillance data of cases in Quanzhou from 2011 to 2015 were statistically analyzed. Results A total of539 615 serum samples were detected during 2011-2015,among which 510 cases were identified as anti-HIV positive,with the positive rate of 0. 09%,and showing a decrease trend year by year; the ratio of male to female was 2. 98∶1; most the cases were with 20-59 years old,accounting for 65. 88%; the major occupation distribution was farmers,accounting for 82. 16%;the education level was mainly junior school or lower,accounting for 89. 80%; in all HIV antibody test positive population,voluntary counseling staff took majority,accounting for 39. 80%; sexual transmission was a major route of infection,accounting for97. 06%. Conclusion The main way of the spread of AIDS is through sexual contact,so in addition to increase monitoring of special groups,health education,such as the behavioral intervention should be carried out to effectively cut off the transmission route and curb the HIV epidemic and spreading.
