右上肺指套征 被引量：3

摘要 患者男，60岁。主因“间断咳嗽、喘息1年，伴痰中带血1个月”于2015年12月20日入院。患者1年前无明显诱因出现咳嗽，咳少量白痰，伴喘息，未予重视。后喘息间断发作，可自闻及喘鸣音，活动后明显。近1个月来出现痰中带血，伴纳差、乏力，体重下降。行胸部CT示右肺上叶团块状高密度影，边缘不规整，局部呈“指套征”（图1，2）。
