河南省城镇经济与土地利用效率关系研究

Research on the Relationship between the Urban Economy and the Efficiency of the Urban Land Use in Henan Province

运用经济增长和集聚经济的相关理论,阐释城镇经济增长和城镇土地利用效率提高的相互促进关系,并以河南省城镇数据构成面板数据模型,通过格兰杰因果关系检验、协整检验和回归分析等计量环节加以实证检验,提出转变城镇经济增长指导思想、重视集聚经济微观基础建设、完善城镇新增用地供给机制等提升城镇土地利用效率的对策建议。

With the theory of economic growth and the theory of agglomeration economy, the mutually reinfor- cing relationship between the urban growth and the efficiency of urban land use is revealed. Furthermore, Granger causality test, co - integration test and regression analysis based on the urban data of Henan province draw the same conclusion. Accordingly, policy suggestions such as reforming the guiding ideology of economic growth, valuing the agglomeration effects of urban economy and improving the mechanism of the supply of urban land, are put forward to promote the efficiency of urban land
