摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动降低骨科患者术后功能锻炼缺失率的价值。方法以2015年1月秦皇岛市第二医院骨科实施品管圈活动为界限,2014年7~12月收治的60例患者为对照组。2015年1~6月收治的60例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规质量控制措施,观察组进行品管圈活动。比较两组功能锻炼缺失率、健康知识掌握程度和满意度。结果观察组经品管圈活动后功能锻炼缺失率(16.67%)显著低于对照组(63.33%),差异有统计学意义(x^2=27.222,P〈0.05)。观察组健康知识掌握和满意度评分分别为(84.2±14.3)、(90.6±15.1)分,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t健康知识掌握=10.265,t满意度评分=13.469,P〈0.05)。结论品管圈活动可以显著降低骨科患者术后功能锻炼缺失率,改善患者健康知识掌握状况,并提高患者的满意度,值得在临床推广运用。
Objective To study quality management circle activity of reducing loss rate of functional exercise of or- thopaedic patients postoperative. Methods Orthopaedic implement quality management circle activity in January 2015 was the boundary, 60 cases of patients in the Department of Orthopedics Second Hospital of Qinhuangdao from July 2014 to December 2014 were as control group, 60 patients from January 2015 to June 2015 were as observation group. The control group were used conventional quality control measures, the observation group had quality management cir- cle activity. Functional exercise loss rate, degree of health knowledge and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results Observation group functional exercise after quality management circle activity loss rate (16.67%) was significantly lower than that of control group (63.33%), with statistically significant difference (x^2 = 27.222, P 〈 0.05). Observation group health knowledge and satisfaction score was (84.2±14.3), (90.6±15.1) points respectively, were significantly higher than those of control group, with statistically significant difference (thhealth knowdedge = 10.265, tsatisfaction secore = 13.469, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity can significantly reduce the postoperative functional exercise loss rate of patients in department of orthopedics, improve the health knowledge of patients, and improve the patient's satisfaction, it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
