蟾蜍及其制品寒热药性理论及在肿瘤治疗中的应用

Toad and its products' cold and heat medicinal properties theory and its application in the treatment of tumor

蟾蜍是我国传统抗肿瘤中药材,具有解毒、化瘀等功效,其提取液华蟾素注射液目前已被广泛应用于临床抗肿瘤的治疗中,因其临床疗效个体之间有一定的差异性,故而提出可能与其药用部位寒热药性不同有关。本文分别对蟾蜍、干蟾皮、蟾酥及华蟾素注射液的寒热药性及在肿瘤中的临床应用进行探讨,为其临床辨证用药提供依据,同时提出可供进一步研究的思路与方法。

Toad is a traditional antitumor medicinal herb in China, with efficiency of detoxicating and dispersing blood stasis. Its extracting solution of Cinobufacini Injection has been widely applied to chnical antitumor therapy. Because its clinical curative effect between individuals has certain differences, so we put forward that it may be related to its different medicinal parts＇ cold and heat medicinal properties. This article respectively discusses the cold and heat medicinal properties of toad, toad dry skin, Venenum Bufonis and Cinobufacini Injection in order to discuss their clinical application in tumor, so as to provide the basis for the clinical dialectical medication, at the same time put forward the ideas and methods for further research.
