Ji Qing's experience in treating lumbago with massage

本文对纪清主任推拿治疗腰痛的诊疗经验、特色手法结合临床验案进行了系统的总结。纪清主任临床诊治腰痛时充分渗透了中医的整体观思想,重视多因素与腰痛之间的关系,心身同治,防病与治病相结合,还努力延伸推拿功用,手法与功法并施,筋骨并重;取穴中注重远部选穴的效用,以远治近,避免对急性腰痛患者痉挛肌肉的不良激惹;在传统手法诊治的基础上,注重经筋推拿,重视触诊,在筋结处施以一指禅推法等,起到理筋整复、舒筋解痉的作用。纪清主任将理论与实践相结合,通过三十年临床上不断摸索与优化诊疗措施,在腰痛的治疗上取得了良好的疗效。

In this paper, the experience of the diagnosis and treatment of lumbago by Ji Qing director, combined with characteristic technique and clinical case, are systematically summarized. Throughout the diagnosis and treatment of lumbago, Ji Qing emphasizes the combination of traditional Chinese holistic concept, lie pays more attention to the re- lationship between multiple factors and lumbago, not only treating the body but also curing the mind. To combining disease prevention and treatment, he also efforts to extend the massage function, he uses both technique and working method and pays equal attention to tendon and bone. He also emphasizes selection of distant points which can avoid ir- ritating spasmodic muscle. On basis of traditional technique, he lays emphasis on Jingjin massage, searching for Jingjin points and pushing manipulation with one-finger on them, which can relax muscles and tendons. Through thirty years of continuous exploration and optimization of diagnosis and treatment measures, Ji Qing director takes combination of theory and practice and he has achieved good curative effects in the treatment of lumbago.
