摘要
医院人力资源管理是决定医疗业务水平与医院运作效能的重要因素。随着我国医疗改革与入世的进程,医院面临激烈的人才竞争。如何改变医院人力资源管理的现状,实现人力资源管理的优化,将是本文探讨的重点。本文分析了当前医院人力资源管理的现状及存在问题,主要体现在人力资源管理观念、体制、医院人才结构、绩效考核方式以及人才培训模式等几个方面存在不足。结合自身实际的工作管理经验,针对存在的相应的问题,提出加强医院人力资源管理的对策,主要包括管理者要树立正确的人力资源管理思想,应用现代人力资源管理理念,增加人才培养渠道,完善人才的各种机制,提高当前医院人力资源管理效率。
Hospital human resource management determine the level of medical services and an important factor in the effectiveness of the operation of hospitals. With China/s accession to the WTO and the process of health care reform, hospital facing fierce competition for talent. How to change the status of hospital human resources management, to optimize human resources management, will be the focus of this paper. This paper analyzes the current status of hospital management and human resource problems, mainly reflected in several aspects of human resource management, institutional, hospital personnel structure, performance evaluation methods and personnel training mode shortcomings. Combined with their actual work experience in management, for the corresponding problems, proposed to strengthen the hospital human resource management strategies, including the manager to establish a correct human resources management thinking, application of modern human resource management, personnel training to increase channels, improve mechanisms of talent, improve the management efficiency of current human resource.
