摘要
高职院校治理体系现代化既是构建现代职业教育体系的重要基础,也是创新发展高等职业教育的根本保障。高职院校治理体系现代化是一个开放系统、动力机制和学习过程,其关系模式、实现路径及发展趋势均在实践中呈现出独特性。通过理解和把握高职院校治理体系现代化的理论意涵,促进高职院校治理机制臻于完善。
The modernization of governance system in higher vocational colleges is not only an important foundation for the construction of modern vocational education system,but also a fundamental guarantee for the innovation-driven development of higher vocational education. The modernization of governance system in higher vocational colleges is an open system,dynamic mechanism and learning process,its relation mode,realization path and development trend are presented the peculiarity in practice. By understanding and grasping the modernization of governance system theoretical meaning in higher vocational colleges,we will promote higher vocational colleges governance mechanism to be perfect.
