Credit recognition and transfer adapted the tendency of flexibility and openness of higher education.Credit Transfer Guarantee System in US is relatively perfect,which included policies and laws,institutions and organizations. In order to achieve the implementation of credit transfer,the comprehensive Credit Transfer Guarantee System in US played an important role in credit transfer process.
