小微企业金融服务改革创新是深化我国金融改革的一项重要内容。台州作为全国小微金融金改的先行地区之一,多年来始终致力于小微金改创新的探索与实践,成功创建"台州模式",但小微企业融资难、融资贵、融资乱问题并未得到完全缓解。以台州小微金融涉诉纠纷司法处置为切入点,分析小微金融市场自身运行和司法保障的不足之处,并提出针对性建议,可为小微企业金融服务改革提供更好的司法保障。

Small micro-enterprise financial innovation is a part of financial reform in China.As one of the pioneers in financial reform of the country＇s small micro-enterprise Taizhou model was established through the exploration and practice during the years.However,the problems of small micro-enterprise in financing difficulties,financing expensive,financing disorder have not been completely alleviated.In order to provide a better judicial protection for the small business financial services reform,the article analysis the shortcomings of small micro financial market＇s operation and judicial protection,and puts forward suggestions.
