摘要
以ZL102为基体材料,研究了熔体发泡法制备泡沫铝过程中,增黏温度对泡沫铝孔结构的影响,包括样品孔隙率,平均孔径,孔圆形度的变化情况,并对其影响机理进行了分析,得出了在其他条件不变的情况下,增黏温度为600℃时,样品的发泡效果最佳的结论。
Based on ZL102 matrix material,the influence of tackfying temperature on the foamed aluminum pore structure,such as the porosity,average pore size,pore circular degree,was studied during the process of preparation of aluminum.The results showed the foaming effect of the sample is the best at the tackfying temperature 600 ℃ with other conditions unchanged.
