摘要
目的研究壳寡糖阿胶制剂的毒性。方法采用小鼠急性毒性试验检验壳寡糖阿胶制剂的急性毒性,采用鼠伤寒沙门菌/哺乳动物微粒体酶试验(Ames试验)、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验检测壳寡糖阿胶制剂的遗传毒性,采用大鼠30 d喂养试验检测壳寡糖阿胶制剂的亚急性毒性。结果急性毒性试验结果显示,壳寡糖阿胶制剂属无毒级物质。Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性,说明壳寡糖阿胶制剂无遗传毒性。大鼠30 d喂养试验结果显示,该样品30 d喂养未见大鼠亚急性毒性作用。结论壳寡糖阿胶制剂为无毒物质,无急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚急性毒性。
Objective To study the toxicity of chito-oligosaccharide and E jiao preparations.Methods The acute toxicity test of mice was used to detect the acute toxicity of chito-oligosaccharide and E jiao preparations;Ames test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality test of mice were performed for the genetic toxicity;and the 30-day feeding test of mice was used to detect the subacute toxicity.Results The acute toxicity test of Chito-oligosaccharide and E jiao preparations showed they were non-toxic.The results of genetic toxicity test were all negative,including Ames test,micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality test.The results of 30-day feeding test had no toxic effect on the ob-served indexes of rats.Conclusion Chito-oligosaccharide and E jiao preparations are non-toxic substances and have no acute toxicity,genetic toxicity and subacute toxicity.
