摘要
压力脉动具有非平稳的特点,尤其在过渡过程中表现出非常强的非时变特性;应用EMD方法进行压力脉动信息提取解决了现场实测过程中压力脉动特性难以确定的问题,采用基于连续均方误差法有效地解决了压力脉动信号难以重构的问题。本文以现场机组甩负荷试验数据为计算基础,利用EMD方法实现了现场实测压力信号的分解和脉动信息的提取,为分析机组各部位的压力和脉动信息提供一个重要手段,证明了该方法对实测信号的分析具有很好的实用性。
The pressure fluctuation has the character of nonstationary and time invariant especially in transient process, while using the EMD method can perfectly solve the difficulty of determining the pressure fluctuation in the field testing. It effectively realizes rebuilding of the pressure fluctuation signal basing on root mean squared error. Basing on field load rejection test data, this paper achieves the extracting of the pressure fluctuation by EMD method, provides a magnificent means to analyze the pressure and fluctuation of the unit in each parts, and proves the validity of this method in measuring and analyzing the actual signal.
