安康水电站表孔消力池底板修复处理研究

Restoring Treatment Research on the Soleplate of Stilling Basin of Ankan Hydropower Station

安康水电站表孔消力池自运行以来多次出现破损情况,曾先后于1996、2000、2002、2004年和2007年进行过5次修复加固处理,用到了多种工艺和材料,但以上修复过程并没有从根本上解决问题。本文对安康水电站消力池的历次修复工程进行了简要概述,并对表孔消力池底板现状进行了分析与安全评价,提出了表孔消力池底板修复的可行设计方案。

The stilling basin of Ankan hydropower station has been damaged many times since it was put into operation. From the year 1996 to 2007, the restoration and reinforcement treatment of the stilling basin had been conducted 5 times. Although plenty of techniques and materials have been adopt and utilized, these repairing measures did not eliminate the damaged situation of the soleplate of stilling basin essentially. In this paper, we review all the restoration and reinforcement treatment of the stilling basin that had done before and then analyze the current situation and evaluate the security status of the soleplate of stilling basin. Finally, we put forward an achievable and effective restoration plan of the soleplate of stilling basin.
