摘要
目的分析流感病毒裂解疫苗上市后,在北京市人群中的接种率、安全性以及相关的影响因素。方法通过北京市免疫规划信息管理系统收集研究疫苗的受种者信息,通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统"AEFI监测管理"模块收集疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse event following immunization,AEFI)个案信息,采用线性趋势卡方检验分析疫苗接种率及相关影响因素。结果 2014年9月~2015年3月,北京地区流感病毒裂解疫苗接种率为2.01%(95%CI:2.00%,2.02%),男性接种率低于女性(P〈0.05);受种者平均年龄为(70.63±9.20)岁,其中60岁以上老年人占98.6%,99.8%在9~11月份完成接种;在各年龄组老年人群中,65~74岁组接种率高于其他组,85岁以上组接种率最低(P〈0.05);人均可支配收入低的地区接种率高于收入高的地区(P〈0.05);接种疫苗后共计报告AEFI病例5例,无严重AEFI和群体性AEFI病例报告。结论上海生物制品研究所有限责任公司生产的流感病毒裂解疫苗具有良好的安全性,有待进一步提高老年人群和其他年龄组人群的流感疫苗接种率。
Objective To analyze the immunization coverage and post-marketing safety of inactivated influenza vaccine(split virion)in Beijing as well as the relevant influencing factors.Methods The data of immunization subjects were collected from Beijing Information Management System for Immunization Programming.The cases of adverse events following immunization(AEFI) were collected by using the module of "AEFI Monitoring and Management"in China Information Management System for Immunization Programming.The immunization coverage and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed by linear tendency chi-square test.Results From September 2014 to March 2015,the immunization coverage of inactivated influenza vaccine(split virion) in Beijing was 2.01%(95% CI:2.00%,2.02%),which was lower in male than in female(P〈0.05).The vaccinated subjects were at a mean age of(70.63 ± 9.20)years,of whom 98.6% were more than 60 years old,and 99.8% were vaccinated between September and November.In the aged subjects,the vaccina-tion rate of people at ages of 65 ~ 74 years was the highest,while that at ages of more than 85 years was the lowest(P〈0.05).The vaccination rate of subjects from the areas with lower per capita disposable income was higher than that from areas with higher per capita disposable income(P〈0.05).A total of 5 cases of AEFI were reported,while no severe or groups of AEFI occurred.Conclusion The inactivated influenza vaccine(split virion)manufactured by Shanghai Biological Products Co.,Ltd showed high safety,of which the vaccination rates in aged people and population at other age groups should be further improved.
