摘要
通过对汽车零部件卡箍的冲压工艺分析,确定了包含7个弯曲工位和1个翻边工位的21工位排样方案(其中制件头部需要4次弯曲成形)。介绍了汽车零部件卡箍的级进模总体结构及主要零部件的结构设计,依次展示了头部第2、3和4次弯曲成形,利用制件R角部位局部压薄的工艺克服了制件弯曲回弹的难题。分析结果表明,采用20°斜排单侧载体的排样方式,可以极大提高材料利用率。试冲结果表明,采用21个工位的级进模结构是合理的,可以确保制件头部多处R角弯曲成形的稳定性,满足制件大批量生产的需要。
Through the analysis on the stamping process of automobile clamp,the 21-position nesting scheme including seven-flanging position and one-bending position( the head of part was bent four times) was determined. The overall structure of progressive die for automobile clamp was introduced,and the structural design of the main parts were carried out. Then,the second,the third and the fourth bending processes were shown in turns. Thus,the problem of bending springback was overcome by the locally-thinning process on R angle parts. The analysis results show that the nesting of 20° oblique line for unilateral carrier can greatly improve material utilization. Test results show that the 21-position progressive die structure proposed for the parts is reasonable. Furthermore,it can ensure the stability of the R angle bending forming of the head,and meet the needs of mass production of parts.
