Brief Analysis on the Role of Environmental Impact Assessment on Large Scale Road Engineering Project during Pre-Phase

本文旨在通过分析环境影响评价在大型道路类工程项目前期的作用和地位,通过环境影响评价与工程设计优化有机结合,以利于实际工程推进。最后就目前大型道路工程项目前期环境影响评价中有待改进的部分提出个人的思考和建议。

Abstract： This paper aims to analyze the role and status of environmental impact assessment in the large scale road engineering projects＇ pre-phase.It is found that the environmental impact assessment can guide the engineering design optimization and promote the practical project implementation. Finally some personal thinking and suggestions on the improvement of the environmental impact assessment are presented.
