摘要 本文通过国内工程估算现状和国外工程造价管理模式调查,提出基于已完项目大数据进行扩大清单法估算的思路。估算采用要量价分离,重点解决量的问题。建立工程造价大数据云平台实现已完项目清单共享,大数据建设重点要确定造价用量指标与技术特征对应性,造价按技术特征系统切割,通过拟建项目与已完项目大数据库相似性匹配,提取已完项目工程量指标,做拟建项目扩大清单法估算。改进的工程估算将对推进行业公平、公正、效率起到积极的作用。 In the paper, the thought of list expansion method estimation based on big data of completed project is proposed through present situation of domestic project estimation and foreign project cost management mode survey, Separation of quantity and price is adopted in estimation. Quantity problem is mainly solved. Project cost big data cloud platform is established for realizing list sharing of completed projects. The congruity between cost-quantity indicator and technical features should be mainly determined in big data construction. Cost should be cut down according to technical feature system. Engineering quantity indicators of completed projects are abstracted through big, data similarity matching between proposed project and completed project. Expansion list method estima- tion can be done for proposed projects, Improved project estimation may play an active role in promoting industry fairness, justice and efficiency.
