摘要
本文针对我国建设项目设计阶段投资控制的现状,提出了设计阶段有效投资控制的措施方法,并就投资控制中设计方案优化的几个关键点做了举例说明。
In the paper, the measures and methods of effectively controlling cost at the stage of design are proposed aiming at present situation of investment control at the stage of construction project design in China. Several keys of design plan optimization in invest- ment control are illustrated by examples.
