摘要
目的研究西兰花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法采用不同浓度的乙醇辅助超声波法进行西兰花总黄酮的提取,分别研究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取功率对西兰花总黄酮提取率的影响,筛选出对提取率影响显著的4个因素,并在单因素分析的基础上,进行4因素3水平的正交试验研究,最终筛选出提取西兰花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果在提取功率为100 W的条件下,西兰花总黄酮最佳提取工艺为乙醇的体积分数50%,料液比1∶15,提取温度50℃,提取时间60 min,总黄酮的提取率为0.256%。结论正交实验法所得的优化提取工艺参数准确可靠,具有一定的实用价值。
Objective To optimize conditions for extractingthe total flavonoids from broccoli.Methods Using ultrasonic method to extract total flavonoids from broccoli with different concentration of ethanol.The effect ofethanol concentration,material ratio,extraction temperature,extraction times and extraction power respectivelyon total flavonoids extraction yield were observed.Optimize the conditions for extractingbased on single factor analysis.Results The following was the optimized conditions,extraction power was 100 W,the volume fraction of ethanol 50%,the material ratio 1∶ 15,the extraction temperature 50 ℃,the extraction times 60 min,and the extraction yield of total flavonoids frombroccoli was 0.256%.Conclusion Optimizing technological parameter by orthogonal experimental are accurate and reliable,whichhas a certain practical value.
