甲型H_1N_1流感住院患者流行病学回顾性病例研究

Retrospective case study of the epidemiological characteristicson A(H_1N_1) influenzal patient

目的探讨天津地区甲流的流行病学特点及可能影响甲流病情的因素。方法收集2009年9月至2009年12月天津地区11家医院2009甲型H_1N_1流感住院成年患者确诊病例共计105例,回顾性分析患者住院时的年龄、性别、职业、发病时间,以探讨天津地区甲流的流行病学特点及可能影响甲流病情的因素。结果男性病例和女性病例中的比率差别无统计学意义。中青年、中老年及老年病例中的比率差别无统计学意义。重症与危重症病例在脑力体力职业中的比率差异有统计学意义。结论天津地区2009年甲型H_1N_1流感住院确诊成年患者,其发病高峰在2009年第47周前后,多在城镇地区,男性略多于女性,年龄分布较为平均,体力工作组发展为危重症的风险高。

Objective To discuss the epidemiological characteristics of the Influenza A（ H1N1） of Tianjin area and the relationship between the epidemiological information and the prognosis.Methods The 105 confirmed adultinfluenza A（ H1N1） cases of Tianjin area（ 11 hospitals including Tianjin Haihe Hospital） were collected from September2009 to December 2009.The patients’ age,gender,occupation and time of onsetwere retrospectively analyzed,while study the epidemiological characteristics of the Influenza A（ H1N1） and its influencing factor.Results There was no significant sex difference and age differencein the cases.There were significant differences in the ratio of severe and critical cases in mental and physical occupation.Conclusion The influenza A（ H1N1） of Tianjin areareached its peak in 47 th week,more in urban areas,males were slightly more than the female,the age distribution is average,physical-labors ran a higher risk of being critical ill patients.
