摘要
为解决钻井轨迹偏离油层,常规射孔穿深不足于穿透隔夹层,剩余油开采难问题,研究了多级复合火药深穿透射孔技术。为了封堵出水层段,在射孔炮眼环境下进行了机械卡堵水实验。精细解释隔夹层,优化多级火药配置及装药量,现场应用一口井,达到了射穿隔夹层沟通剩余油的目的,并且有效封堵了出水层段,为塔河油田三次采油剩余油挖潜提供了思路。
The conventional perforating deep isn't enough to penetrate the interlayer,because of trajectory devi-ating from the reservoir. In order to solve the problem of remaining oil potential tapping drilling,multistage pow-der perfo-frac technique is researched in Tahe oilfield. In order to seal water layer section,the mechanical waterplugging experiments are conducted under the environment of perforating hole. The completion plan is made byexplaining the interlayer and optimizing the distribution of multistage powder. The technique achieves the pur-pose of exploiting remaining oil through the interlayer,and water layer section in field application of a well is ef-fectively sealed. It provides a new thought for tertiary oil recovery in tahe oilfield.
