摘要 蒸汽干度是衡量油田注汽锅炉安全运行中蒸汽品质的一项重要参数,也是影响稠油热采效果的一个重要指标。油田注汽锅炉蒸汽干度测定常采用电导法和化学法,这两种方法的测定结果受检测环境、检测方法、检测介质等多种因素影响,因此其测定结果有所差异。针对蒸汽干度两种测定方法进行分析,找出其差异原因及规律,为准确测定锅炉蒸汽干度提供了理论依据。 Steam quality is an important parameter to measure the quality and safety of oilfield steam injection boiler,it also greatly influences the proficiency of heavy oil thermal recovery.We Usually adopt two methods including conductance method and chemical method to measure the steam quality of oilfield steam injection boiler.However,the measuring results vary a lot due to the following factors:detection environment,detection method and detection medium.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the two measuring methods above,finds out the reasons of deviation and provides the theoretic guidance for the accurate measurement of steam quality.
