摘要
以新疆油田公司采气一厂所辖各天然气站区凝析油储罐区为例进行安全风险分析,采用重大危险源辨识方法识别重大危险源,根据危险度R确定级别,运用HAZOP方法分析,针对不同工艺参数偏差产生的原因和造成的后果提出了防范措施建议。通过对凝析油储罐区的安全风险分析,为企业采取相应预防和控制措施提供了依据。
Security risk analysis is done by the example of the condensate storage tank area in the NO.1 Natural Gas Production Plant of Xinjiang Oilfied Company,and major hazard identification methods are used to identify major hazards based on risk R level.By utilizing the method of HAZOP analysis,preventive measures are suggested in the light of different process parameters deviation causes.After the security risks of condensate oil tank area is analyzed,corresponding prevention and control measures are provided for the enterprise.
