摘要
通过氟橡胶常用的无机补强填料(CaCO_3、BaSO_4、滑石粉)来研究其对氟橡胶在酸性环境下力学性能的变化以及黏弹行为的影响。对比添加20phr不同补强填料的氟橡胶经过盐酸溶液浸泡后拉伸强度的变化、质量的变化率以及红外光谱图和热扫描电镜图来进一步分析其在热酸环境下的腐蚀机理和力学性能变化的方式。实验结果表明,添加滑石粉的氟橡胶在热酸性环境下的力学性能保持得最好,并且其蠕变和应力松弛行为变化最小。
Inorganic reinforcing fillers(CaCO3,BaSO4,talcum powder)were used to fill fluororubber(FKM)to study the mechanical properties of FKM in acid environment.Contrasting to FKM added 20 phr different reinforcing fillers in the HCl solution,the change of tensile strength,the change rate of mass,viscoelasticity,infrared spectrum and SEM of FKM were examined to further analyze the corrosion mechanism and mechanics performance change in the environment of hot acid.Experimental results show that mechanical properties of FKM filled with talcum powder under the acidic conditions are best,and the creep and stress relaxation behavior changes are minimal.
