摘要
星载电子设备是卫星雷达的重要部件,其结构刚度与强度直接关系到卫星雷达的性能。为保证某星载电子设备在严酷的力学环境下不失效及不被破坏,文中采用通用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立其力学仿真模型,进行了模态分析和加速度过载、正弦振动及随机振动等工况下的力学分析,得到了结构的固有频率和振型以及各工况下相应的结构强度、刚度响应和安全裕度数据。结果表明,该电子设备的结构设计满足星载环境设计要求。该仿真分析对星载电子设备的结构设计有着重要的意义。
The space-borne electronic equipment is the key component of the space-borne radar. Its stiffness and strength have direct effect on the performances of the space-borne radar. In this paper,to ensure that the electronic equipment of a space-borne radar works effectively and is not damaged under the severe environment,the mechanical simulation model of the electronic equipment is established by ABAQUS software. Based on the mechanical model,the modal analysis and mechanical analysis under the acceleration overload,the sinusoidal vibration and the random vibration are conducted. The natural frequency,vibration modes and the corresponding stiffness strength response data and the safe margin data are obtained. The result shows that the structure design of the electronic equipment satisfies the requirement. The finite element analysis is significant to the structure design of the space-borne electronic equipment.
