摘要
铜仁电网是一个典型的弱电磁环网结构,考虑系统供电可靠性等因素,还不具备解环运行条件。弱电磁环网结构下,系统运行将面临较大的安全风险。主要风险风险包括500kV元件开断下线路过载,送端机组动态失稳,受端电网电压不安全等。针对存在的问题,综合分析了相关约束因素,提出了优化解决方案,设计了安全稳定控制系统。
Tongren power grid with weak electromagnatic loops did not qualified with open electromagnetic loop network considering the factors of power supply reliability. In case of weak electromagnatic loops network, the main risk includes line overload, units dynamic instability and low voltage of receiving-end grid caused by the 500 kV element interrupting. In view of the existing problems, an optimization solution was proposed with comprehensive analysis of relevant factors of restriction. Then, the security and stability control system was designed.
