The strategic plan of China Southern Power Grid Company consisted of three aspects ： developing strategic system, supportive strategic system and executive strategic system. Executive strategic system comprised management and control, organization, process system and performance management system. County-level power grid companies were primary branches of China Southern Power Grid Company, so the performance management system would directly affect the implementation of company＇ s strategic goal.
