基于县域经济差异的凉山州经济协调发展研究

Study on the Coordinated Development of Economy of Liangshan County Economy Based on Difference

凉山经济协调发展的研究,对缩小凉山州与四川发达地区的差距和缩小州内县域经济发展差距,以及城乡的共同发展具有现实意义。采用人均GRP的极差、标准差、静态不平衡差、离散系数等指标分析县域间经济发展差距,对差距形成的原因和影响进行了分析,对县域间的协调发展提出了三点对策思考,一是构建"点—轴"开发模式,二是建立区域带动型重点县,三是加大对欠发达地区的扶持。

The research on the coordination of economic development of Liangshan,Liangshan and Sichuan to narrow the gap between developed areas and narrow the gap in the state of county economy development,has practical significance and common development of urban and rural areas. The per capita GRP range,standard deviation,static unbalance,discrete coefficient analysis of county economy development gap between cause and effect and the formation of the gap are analyzed,finally three countermeasures on the harmonious development between the county put forward,one is to construct the ＂point axis＂ development mode,two the key is to establish regional led County,the three is to increase support for underdeveloped areas.
