摘要
唐人元结为北魏鲜卑族后裔,曾任道州刺史、容州刺史兼容管经略使。元结的吏治思想与举措颇受赞誉,以诚待夷、刚柔并重的民族政策使边境矛盾巧妙化解。元结的吏治理念与举措对历经战乱、凋敝待兴的唐代社会有所裨益。
Xianbei descendants of Tang Dynasty Yuan Jie served as Dao Zhou Ci Shi and Rong Zhou Ci Shi.These management thoughts and measures were good for depressed Tang dynasty which had experience a great destroyed war not long ago.
