摘要
传统教育线性化,耗时持久,效率低下,不利于新型人才的培养、国家的建设和社会的进步。民族地区经济滞后,教育可用资本存量不足,教育水平长期低于国家平均线。继续推行传统教育模式,理论上并不能够促使少数民族教育水准跟上时代潮流。故此,只有革除旧弊,发掘和创新教育模式和教育理念,才是推动少数民族地区教育质量提升的重要举措。而教育模式的嬗变,很大程度上有赖于生产力层面的新因素,基于互联网技术和移动APP的MOOC为教育模式的嬗变提供了可能。厘清慕课教育模式并分析和探索其取代传统教育模式的有利因素及发展前景,有利于增进对少数民族教育的认识,指导实践。
With linearization,time-consuming,low efficiency,traditional education is not conducive to the cultivation of new talents,the construction of the country and the progress of the society. Due to economic lag,education available capital shortage,Ethnic minority areas' education levels below the national average for a long time. If continually conduct the traditional education mode,in theory,it cannot force minority education level to keep up with the trend of The Times.Therefore,only abolish old disadvantages,explore and innovate the mode of education and the education idea,can improve minority areas education quality. The emergence of a new productivity level is the key factor for education model change.Mobile APP MOOC,based on Internet technology,which provides such a possibility. Clarifying education model,analyzing and exploring the necessity and prospects of MOOC in place of the traditional education mode,is conducive to enhancing the understanding and guiding the practice of minority areas' education.
